Where is my package?
After placing an order, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order and 4-6 business days to deliver, provided you order before 5:00 PM. If this time has passed, please contact our customer service.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you'll automatically receive a tracking number. Check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take a while for the tracking link to become active.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page .
